BATHROOM
This was an online bathroom design for a client who simply sent us her room dimensions, photos of her existing bathroom, details of a suite she'd picked out from Wickes and her budget.
We designed the layout, and suggested flooring, paint colours, tiles and accessories.
She received the floorplan, 3D elevations, a flythrough video and a complete shopping list of everything we'd suggested in the scheme.

This property's layout was letting it down. With 5 generously proportioned bedrooms, a lovely big garden and a leafy, well established location - it looked like the perfect family home. But the buyer feedback didn't quite agree...
The FIX
Knock down the wall between the kitchen and the dining room. This would create a lovely big, open-plan, family space. Perfect for a 5-bedroom family house for modern sociable living.
THE THINGS YOU COULD DO WITH THIS HOUSE
We took the revised layout into our design room and reimagined the space as if we were the property's ideal buyers - a growing family needing a 5-bedroomed property, and lots of sociable family space. These designs were supplied to our client for them to use within their marketing and to catch buyers eyes that would previously have overlooked the property.
This one we saw right the way through from The Design Room drawings, to a full declutter, pack-up and prep, to installation and final styling.

BEDROOM
Sophie's bedroom was old and tired. So this scheme was dreamed up in The Design Room and fully installed. Including a full declutter, organise and styling.
Sophie, in her last couple of years living at home, wanted a Scandi style, simple design with tons of storage!
