We'll have put a complete Schedule of Works together for you within Your Property Plan. This will include the details of our professionals who we think can help. You're very welcome to take it from here and manage everything yourself , OR we can project manage everything for you. We'll ensure all the right people come to do all the right things - in the right order - until you end up with a house that's looking tip-top, and ready to sell. And better still it should now achieve its best price - a lot quicker than it would have done!
You will still pay our professionals direct and pay for all supplies and materials yourself, we will simply charge a 10% Project Management Fee once everything is complete.
