WHO ARE EXP?

And why are they different?

EXP are a global Estate Agency company founded in 2009 in the US. They provide fresh thinking, management systems and training to their network of over 600 individual, self-employed Estate Agents across the UK - one of whom is me.​

They celebrate individuals and, as long as we all work within their company guidelines, we're free to do things how we think they should be done.  Hence - I'm very happy being a Property Specialist and providing Property Preparation Services through  Nest & Feathers.  But, thanks to the flexibility of EXP, I can (and often do) go on to successfully sell my clients properties too, if they want me to.

EXP's system automatically uploads my clients properties straight onto RightMove, Zoopla and Prime Location.

EXP provide me with a state-of-the-art database system so I can keep detailed notes for each prospective buyer who enquires about my client's listings.  The more I know about buyers, the more likely I am to see their potential fit for your property.

EXP gives me full access to RightMove stats so we can track how many buyers have clicked on the listings and how far they've got through photos and details.  And we can adjust things as we go.

EXP provide me with all the necessary industry training and support.  Plus I get to work alongside all 600 of my fellow professional EXP agents, within our internal community where we share tips, ideas and best practice.

So what do I charge to sell your property through EXP?

My fee is 1.25% commission of the final price we achieve  (plus VAT)

This includes everything. Your unique marketing package featuring engaging video footage, social media coverage and a contemporary approach to selling your home.

No sale - no fee.

I only ask for the exclusive rights to sell your house for 8 weeks. If we get beyond that, I think you’ll still want to stay, but, you will be free to switch to another agent. Nothing lost.
