You'll get their details within the plan and a rough idea on cost. You can then opt to deal with them direct or if you'd like us to project manage your property plan for you, we can organise and oversee everything. You'll pay our professionals direct. We'll just charge a 10% management fee which we'll invoice for once everything is complete.
