We do love a nice garden.  In an average year, a Brit allocates about 15 hours to mowing the lawn, 13 hours to weeding, and another 8 hours to beautifying sheds and fences with a multitude of  paint options.  There are an estimated 27 million gardeners in the UK and 42% of them love it.  Which means 58% aren't so keen on actual gardening.  But the garden is clearly a very important to us and gardens definitely help sell houses.  

DON'T FORGET THE GARDEN

Also .... don't forget the indoor/outdoor connecting spaces.  Windows and patio doors for example, make sure they're clean and sparkly.  We have window cleaners as part of our outdoor maintenance team too.

So what's in this actual plan?  Well, it will include the following secions:

With our 'buyers eyes', we'll analyse everything your potential buyer will see on a viewing.  From the moment they first see your house from the outside, to what's actually catching their eye when they're chatting to you in the kitchen.   We want them to see  the best of everything and minimise anything that might put them off.  We'll list things that need repairing, removing, cleaning, restyling or repositioning - room by room.  Including the outside spaces too.  We'll then provide you with any necessary drawings, photos, suggested products and the details of all the tradespeople we think will be able to get things sorted.

A list of your property's biggest selling points.  I.e its location, the views, size of rooms, layout & flow, further potential. 

Now we match these two sections together.  In other words - a 4-bed detached house in a village, will attract families wanting to embrace village life.  Thesedays, families want open plan, sociable living spaces.  If your house offers this already we need to emphasise it.  If it doesn't, we need to show how it could potentially be adapted.
